Embrace

"Make Lemonade" welcomes women, mothers, survivors of gender-based violence, and LGBTQ/QTPOC-identified people with open arms and seeks to hold space for their learning and healing.

Empower

Through non-judgmental, compassionate, and attentive support, "Make Lemonade" works to equip women, mothers, survivors of gender-based violence, and LGBTQ/QTPOC-identified people with resources and tools needed to heal and prioritize their needs and self-care.

Healing may not be so much about getting better, as about letting go of everything that isn't you - all of the expectations, all of the beliefs - and becoming who you are.
